Our goal is to provide members with the information and the knowledge they need to help them succeed in the building industry. Whether you need to get your Contractor’s License, renew your license, or are in need of the RRP certification for Lead Based Paint, we are here to support the builders in Southern Oregon.

Initial Lead Based Paint RRP Certification Classes and Information

The EPA Renovate, Repair and Painting Rule is now in effect. This rule requires Renovator Certification in Lead Safe Work Practices for anyone disturbing paint in houses built before 1978. Your local Builders Association is offering the required EPA Certified Renovator course.

These classes offer EPA mandated training for Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Training. Classes qualify for Series A or B credits, CCB continuing education. Initial Class is 8 credits.

CCB License Pre-Education Kit

The Builders Association Southern Oregon is a provider of the 16-hour at home study course which is required prior to registering for the Oregon Construction Contractors Board examination.

The fee for the at home study kit is $180 and can be purchased at our office: 1006 E Jackson Street in Medford.
