Join us at the 43rd Annual Southern Oregon Home Show at the Jackson County EXPO in Central Point presented by Builders Association Southern Oregon. The 2024 Southern Oregon Home Show will remind us that “there’s no place like home!”
The 2025 Southern Oregon Home Show (SOHS), hosted by the Builders Association Southern Oregon (BASO), opens Friday, March 21st, at noon and runs until Sunday, March 23rd, at 4 pm at the Jackson County Expo in Central Point. This year, the Southern Oregon Home Show will feature a wide variety of builders, contractors, and subcontractors on-site to offer expert advice and solutions for your next construction project.
Nearly 200 exhibitors will be in attendance at the event, along with valuable community-driven local
non-profit organizations to visit and find out how they support individuals in our region. Nonprofits may include Community Works, CASA, Hero Tails, and Wildlife Images. The show promises to be a fun-filled weekend with live music by Joshua Paul and Adam Gabriel, a Beer Garden sponsored by Ubhill One Concessions, and delicious food provided by local food trucks and Southern Oregon Concessions, along with sweet treats – fun for the entire family.

The Builders Association of Southern Oregon (BASO) is a self-funding non-profit association that provides education, advocacy, and policy support for our communities in Southern Oregon. BASO works toward meeting our construction needs with products, services, and technology that are safe, sustainable, and affordable.
